À propos de cette consultation
Un Groupe de travail, établi sous les auspices de la Conférence de La Haye de droit international privé (HCCH), a élaboré un projet de dispositions pour une éventuelle convention (projet de texte) visant à encadrer les procédures parallèles et les demandes connexes se déroulant dans plusieurs États, tout en reconnaissant le rôle essentiel des règles de compétence et de la doctrine du forum non conveniens. Le Bureau Permanent de la HCCH a sollicité des observations sur la question de savoir si, en pratique, le projet de texte permettrait de traiter efficacement ces questions, ainsi que sur les éventuelles améliorations à apporter à ses dispositions.
